Due to our commitment to processing orders immediately after they are placed, we cannot accommodate requests to add items to an existing order. Additionally, you have a limited window to cancel an order after it has been submitted, which can be done by contacting our online Customer Services team. It's not possible to cancel orders once they've been dispatched.
