How can I track my online order?

For standard deliveries, we use Fastway and delivery lead time is usually 2-5 working days. Please see the link below. Once you have received your confirmation email, you can track your order there.

Fastway Tracking

For bulky or pallet deliveries, orders can take up to 7 working days and the Fastway / Nugo team will in touch prior to making a delivery attempt.
