My item is faulty. What do I do?

Faulty Returns

If you have received a faulty item from us, It can be returned to your local store to be exchanged or refunded. All we ask is that you can provide a proof of purchase.

Home Delivery items can also be brought back to your local store. If the item is bulky and cannot be returned, please contact our Online Customer Service team here and we will be more than happy to look into this for you.
