How can I return an item purchased online?

You can return your item(s) within 30 days to any of our 35 stores for a full refund or exchange, as long as it's in a saleable condition. Just bring your receipt and the credit/debit card used for the purchase. ​

Alternatively, you can reach out to our Online Store  via the link below to organise a Fastway collection. If your order was processed by our supplier directly, please refer to the Drop2Shop link below to organise a drop off point in your local Woodie's store.

Delivery costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your items to reach us. 
You will receive a confirmation email from us once the  refund has been processed.
